Dave Kapaun

David has over thirteen years in manufacturing recycling program markets. He possesses a unique vision of the recycling process from inception to completion. He has been instrumental in the vision and development of custom recycling programs for the manufacturing industry which track and report on scrap, scrap valuation, staffing, and logistics.

David’s ability and forward thinking has been the catalyst for the Total Scrap Logistics program. Total Scrap Logistics is one module of a very robust Dynamic Link portfolio addressing industry forecasting and futures. He and Steven began collaboration on the possibilities, laying out the groundwork and architectural development of Total Scrap Logistics.

David served more than nine years in the Kansas Army National Guard as a military police officer. During his term with the Army National Guard, David was deployed and served one combat tour for our country. Since David’s enlistment he has held the position of General Manager for industry leading recyclers.

Steven Kapaun

Steven spent his early years studying software development languages and techniques at Butler Community College and Newman University. During his time as a software developer, he created and maintained an open-source script library where he offers stand-alone web-based programs. The users of his script library can download and integrate with their own development efforts.

Steven has spent the last 15 years as an independent software developer, exceling in web-based technology as well as Windows Desktop Application programming. His experience in the scrap metal industry at the deepest levels provides him with the working insight of the scrap industry “best practices and processes”.

Joe Martin

Joe began a 20-year career as a Technical Analyst in Information Technologies where he served in leadership roles supporting the energy and global aircraft manufacturing industries. Changing careers in 2005 he became an award-winning advertising Account Executive working expressly with small employers and business owners.

In 2007, he attained 6, 63, Life, Health and P&C licenses. Once again, he performed at the highest levels winning many accolades and awards. In 2010 he formed MPACT Consulting LLC. In this role, Joe was introduced to Direct Primary Care (DPC).

Since that time, he has helped spread the DPC movement to the Wichita Community as well as communities across the nation. As Owner/Operator of MPACT Consulting, Joe has been instrumental in the formation of “startup” companies on both a local scale as well as nationally. He has a solid understanding of the requirements needed to form, develop, and grow businesses. He has been associated with Dynamic Link since spring, 2020 and is excited about the near limitless changes the company brings to the manufacturing and scrap industry.

Everett "Skip" Womack

Skip Womack has dedicated more than ten years developing Technology Managed Services business’s and has successfully marketed them. Previously Skip had spent five years with Accenture BPO Services, as Vice-President, Chief Information Officer; he was responsible for providing technology hosting, application solutions and related technical services for more than 100 clients that outsourced their finance/accounting and human resource processes to Accenture.

Previously, Skip worked with Canada’s Bombardier Aerospace as US Director of Business Transformation and Systems for the company’s Learjet, Flexjet, Global, and Amphibious divisions; he provided the IS/IT governance and management of eight separate manufacturing and services locations with 125 employees and a $32 million operating budget.

Earlier, Skip worked with Cessna Aircraft (Textron) as Director of Information Systems Infrastructure, leading a multi-site team of 135 IS/IT employees to improve technology service delivery and performance metrics to meet/exceed service level agreements. He spent the first part of his highly diversified technology career in various positions as Manager of Client Server Computing Operations for Boeing, Cargill, and PepsiCo. With a BA in Business Administration from Newman University, Skip brings technology know-how from the Wichita Technical Institute and strong line of site radio communications and management skills from the U.S. Marine Corps.
